I have been attempting to contact you for about a month now. I've called repeatedly, e-mailed you and contacted mutual friends to let you know that how you're handeling my property is inappropiate.
I don't know what else to do...
Since I live in metro Los Angeles, I count on you to manage the property that you sold to me. Now that the tenet has moved out and you took possession of the garage door opener and house keys, I have not heard from you. I've asked you to take pictures of the house for me, so I can post them on Craig's List to aquire a new renter. You stated that you'd do it and now you're nowhere to be found???
I have located another property manager and they'll have to pick the locks and or break into my house just to gain entry. This will be an extra expense to me. I've racked my brains in finding an address for you, since there is no listed on this website. I'll fax this over to you in addition.
If you do not contact me after the fax, then I'll re-post here onto your message board in hopes that you see it in a short period of time. Since time is of the essence to me, I need you to be a punctual as a true real estate professional.
