Always Color Flyers! Never Black & White Photocopies! - Besides the fact that color flyers are more memorable to a buyer I simply will not sacrifice quality on any of my listing material.
Just Listed Postcards - I will send out postcards in your neighborhood informing them that your home is for sale and of any upcoming Open Houses that may be scheduled.
Open Houses - Me, or one of my associates, may hold an Open House for your property.
Real Estate Book Ad- Your home will be featured on the back cover of the REB magazine. The is a full color publication that is distributed to hundreds of locations including: Wal-Mart, Cirlce K, and several different grocery stores. This is an extremely effective marketing tool as nearly 50% of my buyers come from this ad.
Homes & Land Magazine - Your home will be featured in the Homes & Land Magazine. This is a full color, glossy publication that is distributed to hundreds of locations including several differnt grocery stores, gas stations, and even the airport.
Internet Advertising- Since 72% of homebuyers utilize the internet when shopping for a home you can bet that your home will be listed on my website in my "Featured Listing" section. In addition, you home listing will be syndicated to a vast array of partner websites including: REALTOR.com, YahooRealEstate.com, GoogleRealEstate.com, Trulia.com, and many others. Virtual Tour - I will create a custom virtual tour of your property which will be posted in the MLS, my website, and other major websites.
Realtor Tours - My office, as well as various Realtor Boards, conduct tours of homes. These tours are great for getting feedback about your property.
