Listing Your Home...


Selling your home is an involved process.  It is my job to make sure that the transaction is smooth an effortless for you.  I have one, multifaceted, goal for each of my listings: Sell each home for the best possible price in the least amount of time.  To achieve this, I prepare a comprehsive and detailed Comparative Market Analysis for your property.  Once we decide on a listing a price it is time to market your home. 

I truly believe that the first 30 days of a listing are the most critical.  I aim to saturate the market with information about your property within this time.  As you should expect from any Realtor, I will list your home in the Multiple Listing Service and install a professional sign and post with flyers and sign riders.  However, this is simply not enough to effectively market your home.

Customized Marketing Plans...

Because each one of my listings is unique, I utilize the following marketing tools as appropriate:

Color Listing Flyers- Always Color Flyers! Never Black & White Photocopies! - Besides the fact that color flyers are more memorable to a buyer I simply will not sacrifice quality on any of my listing material.

Just Listed Postcards - I will send out postcards in your neighborhood informing them that your home is for sale and of any upcoming Open Houses that may be scheduled.

Open Houses - Me, or one of my associates, may hold an Open House for your property.

Custom Newsletter and Magazine Publication- Your home will be featured in my monthly newsletter and quarterly magazine publication that is distributed to 100's of people.

Internet Advertising- Since 72% of homebuyers utilize the internet when shopping for a home you can bet that your home will be listed on my website in my "Featured Listing" section.  In addition, you home listing will be syndicated to a vast array of partner websites including: REALTOR.com, YahooRealEstate.com, GoogleRealEstate.com, Trulia.com, and many others. 

Closing The Deal...

Once an offer is accepted on your property.  I will oversee the transaction.  I will be in frequent contact with the cooperating agent, the buyer's loan officer, and the title company to ensure that deadlines are met and everything goes well.
