As your Buyer Representative I will never try to sell you a home.  You know what will suit you and your family best so what I will do is listen to your wants and needs and show you homes  that meet your criteria.  I know that your time is important and I will not waste it by showing you homes that are out of your price range or that do not have the features and amenities that you want.  I like to tell my clients "if you get butterflies in your stomach when you walk into a house then, it's probably the one for you." 

Once we find that "special" home I will then negotiate the best possible terms for that property.  As your Buyer Broker your best interests are what I take into consideration when an offer is prepared.  Again, I am attentive to your wants and needs and you are always in control of the amount offered on any property.  Remember, I work for you.

Once an offer is accepted I will personally walk the deal through the escrow process.  I will be in frequent contact with you, the cooperating agent, your loan officer, and the title company to ensure that all deadlines are met and that the appropriate inspections are done.  My goal is to make your home buying experience pleasant.

After the sale of the property I am available to handle any issues or concerns that you may have.  Whether you have a question about your home warranty or cannot remember which days the trash is picked up, I always make myself available for my Clients.
